Maybe Sarah was Drunk?

Do you Think?  Some Girl named Sarah, who we presume is drunk, is pulling a girl around by the hair in Los Angeles.




The girl is yelling, "Sarah, Stop!  What the Fuck is Wrong With You!"  That girl should be appreciative of Sarah's efforts to get her a taxi home so she wouldn't have to walk or drive drunk!

If I would have been there, I would have been the perfect gentleman and offered them both a ride!
